3. Use and Redistribution of Funds
If a specific project is not implemented, cannot be implemented in full, becomes irrelevant, is closed, or if unused funds remain after its completion, such funds may be redistributed and used for other projects, programs, initiatives, or statutory purposes of Noble Slave Foundation.
By making a donation to a specific project, the donor agrees that the donated funds may be redistributed or used for other projects and statutory purposes of Noble Slave Foundation in the cases described above.

4. Voluntary and Non-Refundable Nature of Donations
All donations are voluntary charitable contributions.
By making a donation, the donor confirms that the donation is made voluntarily and understands that the donated amount is non-refundable.
The donation is not a payment for goods, services, works, or any other commercial obligation of Noble Slave Foundation.

5. Payment Processing
